Kyle Davis

CREDENTIALS: Kyle has been in the land development industry for 12 years and has experience in civil engineering in many places around the country. Kyle began his career with a large design-build firm where his focus was the civil design of large industrial projects in California, Ohio, Georgia and Florida. Kyle also gained experience in multi-family and single-family residential development with a large civil design firm, prior to becoming a partner with DB Civil Works.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Professional Engineer with DB Civil Works, Kyle’s responsibilities include the layout and design of commercial, industrial and residential developments in the State of Florida. He is responsible for permitting through the St. Johns River Water Management District, the Florida Department of Transportation, the City of Jacksonville and other various state and local agencies. He is involved in all aspects of stormwater design, water and sewer utility design, traffic signalization and intersection design. Other responsibilities include fire flow calculations, lift station design, pavement section design, and review and approval of contractor submittals.

Bobby Baker

CREDENTIALS: Bobby has over 20 years experience in civil engineering and related fields. Bobby’s scope of experience includes site evaluation, engineering design, site inspections and permit acquisition. Bobby has five years of experience as a Quality Assurance Coordinator, five year s of experience in geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing. He has worked on a wide range both public and private projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a Professional Engineer with DB Civil Works, Bobby’s responsibilities include the layout and design of commercial, industrial and residential developments in the State of Florida. He is responsible for permitting through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, St. Johns River Water Management District, the Florida Department of Transportation, the City of Jacksonville and other various state and local agencies. He is involved in all aspects of stormwater design including pond modeling and sizing, underground stormwater systems, storm pipe sizing and site grading and drainage. Other responsibilities include fire flow calculations, water demand, sanitary sewer layout and design, lift station design, pavement section design, and review and approval of contractor submittals. Other areas of responsibility include research and implementation of green technologies for project efficiency, gray water reuse, waste water treatment, storm water reuse and treatment, and storm water discharge pollution prevention.

Michelle Wright

CREDENTIALS: Michelle worked as a systems and business analyst in the healthcare industry and specialized in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software solutions and customizations. Her experience includes business process flow mapping, gathering of business requirements, design of technical and system requirements, and design of test and user acceptance scenarios. Michelle worked as a project manager in several consulting opportunities and was responsible for several CRM software implementations.

RESPONSIBILITIES: At DBCW, Michelle handles business development and marketing, prepares requests for proposals and qualifications, and manages daily office activities.
